Standardized Dress at Clintonville Academy
Clintonville Academy students are required to follow our standardized dress policy. All pants must fit at the waist without dragging on the ground and without tears or frayed hems. Shoes, socks and jewelry may be worn according to the existing Clintonville Academy guidelines as outlined in the Student Handbook. Students are notified when special "dress down" days and outdoor field trips are the exception to standard dress expectations.
DRESS SELECTIONS
BOYS
Pants:
- Navy, black or khaki twill pants or walking shorts
- NO JEANS PERMITTED
Tops:
- Solid (one color) white, navy or light blue shirt with a collar
(long or short sleeved)
- White, navy, or light blue turtleneck or sweater
GIRLS
Pants:
- Navy, black or khaki twill pants or walking shorts
- NO JEANS PERMITTED
Jumper/skirt:
- CA plaid jumper or skirt
- Solid navy or khaki jumper or skirt
Jumpers and skirts must be worn no more than three inches
above the knee
Tops:
- Solid (one color) white, navy or light blue shirt with a collar
(long or short sleeved)
- White, navy, or light blue turtleneck or sweater
CA Wear Clothing (printed with school logo, available from CA):
- CA logo blue or white t-shirt (long or short sleeved)
- CA logo blue or white sweatshirt
- CA logo sweatpants (grades K—5 only), navy or royal blue
Note: Grades K to 5 also may wear plain (no CA logo) navy,
royal blue or black sweatpants.
