Greetings! My name is Michael Hoffer and I’m the Middle School Science Teacher. In addition to my professional life, I have a variety of personal interests that are inspired from my love of science, nature, and the environment! Some of these include:
  • Bicycling - what better way to explore nature, exercise, and have fun!
  • Canoeing - I love to be out on the water in nature and enjoy the natural environment!
  • Photography - another great way to capture nature and all of its beauty!
  • Aquariums - I have a saltwater tank with a variety of interesting fish! Outside I also maintain a freshwater pond with a variety of koi. So relaxing!
  • Traveling - I love traveling around Ohio and surrounding areas! Just this summer I ventured to Up-state New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Boston, MA, and Rhode Island.
